You have a beautiful little girl... and the photography ain't too bad either.
And yes, creativity IS an excuse for not doing housework - as is a cloudy day, a head cold, bad karma or not enough chocolate in the house... or almost anything else you can think of.
It's a tacky, old expression, but it is true - your kids won't remember how clean your house was, but they WILL remember piling up pillows and blankets and tutus.
Trust me on this one.
